	We are always happy to take names of those who want to volunteer in their community. Our couriers are essential to the smooth running of the housebound service. In line with other public service organisations, all applicants will be required to agree to a background check. Volunteers collect a library bag either fortnightly or monthly from any of the libraries or the bookbus. The bag is delivered to the housebound person, and the previously delivered bag collected and returned to the library. This is very rewarding work and much appreciated by our housebound library patrons! Please contact Home Services staff on 474-3690 for further information.
